Hey, I’m Jacob.
I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Coach with over 10 years of consistent gym experience and over 5 years training in Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. Strength training isn’t just something I coach, it’s been a part of my life for over a decade.
Martial arts taught me discipline, patience, and how to build from the ground up. You don’t skip steps. You don’t chase shortcuts. You develop structure, correct weaknesses, and improve over time.
As a husband and father, I understand the balance between training, work, and real life. That’s why Forge Phase is built around sustainable strength — programs that challenge you, push you, and rebuild your foundation without burning you out.
